Tolle ruhige Lage. In der Wohnanlage wohnen fast ausschliesslich Eigentümer.
Ausstattung gut. Mit TG und Lift zur Wohnung.
Leider nur 1 Schlüssel für Wohnung und TG. Nachdem man sogar das Türchen zum Pool aufsperren muss ….
1 Schlüssel ist definitiv zu wenig für 4Personen. So ist man ständig gezwungen alles gemeinsam zu tun. Weil über die 2 abgeschlossenen Tore es keine Möglichkeit gibt in die Wohnanlage zu kommen.
Die 4 Stühle im Esszimmer waren beschädigt und nicht nutzbar. Die Klimaanlage hat in einem Schlafzimmer nicht funktioniert.

Bien placé. Lignes bus (mimo gratuite été) à 5 min à pied pareil pour commerces proximité. Climatisation. Lits de grande qualité. Cuisine équipée. Terrasse avec vue magnifique. Résidence au calme avec piscine. Ascenseur, au 1er étage. Idéal avec enfants. Spacieux et nombreux rangements.
Manque micro onde et congélateur. Mais on peut faire sans
