The area is excellent - close to River Tiber and all of Trastavere's restaurants/nightlife. Within walking distance to ancient Rome. Also a lovely shop just down the street that sold patisseries, pizzas and gelati.
Only an electric hob, no microwave. 3 days without hot water. Unfortunately building work right across the road that started at 7.00am every morning. No outdoor area - it would have been nice to have a couple of folding chairs to sit in front of the house and catch some sunshine.
