The door facilities were great, weather was lovely, staff were very pleasant.
We had an issue with ants on our first day (I think caused by a lynx shower gel spill!!). Once that was sorted we were fine but very 'on edge' because it the ants.

A pleasant walk to Dawlish warren, through the campsite and onwards to the beach area and red rock.
Campsite was clean, great for dogs (awesome secure dog park), and easily navigational around the park.
Lots of facilities for laundry, dog washing, toilets, showers etc if needed.
Price is a little steep for what you get (caravan hire)...however not much to dislike as the place does what it says on the tin.

Location and good in bar was good
We stayed in a private property it needs some TLC the decking needs renewing and the furniture needs a refurb
We had toilet roll left from previous guest and no new roll. No towels for shower
