The apartment was right in the center of the old town, with everything close at hand. We were able to walk everywhere we wanted. Great atmosphere and a quiet street.
I was surprised that after the booking was confirmed, a mandatory €250 deposit was requested. It is supposed to be refunded if nothing is damaged in the apartment, but the exact conditions or any pricing list for potential damages were not clearly explained. I would recommend clearly stating this deposit requirement upfront during the booking process, rather than only after the reservation is made.

Lovely, newly refurbished, modern apartment in a great location just in the old town on a pretty street, main shopping street 2mins away, supermarket the same. Cafes and bars further down the street.
Train station is a very easy 10min walk away.
Spacious apartment, comfy beds.
Very useful videos sent showing how to get in, working heating/AC etc.
Manager checked we'd got in ok as we were arriving at midnight.
Kitchen very basically equipped - no real cooking utensils, only one of the 2 pans work on the induction hob, no dishtowel (there apparently should have been, we ended up buying our own).
Water pressure is a bit iffy due to a regional water shortage since Oct 25.
First time having issues in an apartment and the manager wasn't overly proactive in solving them, or communications.

Dopo ore di viaggio volevamo solo rilassarci e in questo appartamento ci siamo riusciti alla grande, facile da trovare, raggiungibile facilmente, confortevole e anche bello come arredato.
