Świetna lokalizacja, w bezpośrednim sąsiedztwie zamki Książ, Bolków, Świny, Muzeum Kolejnictwa w Jaworzynie Śląskiej, Wałbrzych (fantastyczne Muzeum Porcelany), Świdnica (Kościół Pokoju), doskonały dojazd do atrakcji turystycznych takich jak kompleks Riese i Góry Stołowe. Samodzielne mieszkanie przestronne i wygodne, ulokowane w wyremontowanym budynku dawnego kompleksu dworskiego.
