We loved the private garden space! The accommodations were spacious for our group, with a comfortable living room and dining area. It was about a 15 minute walk into the city center with shops and grocery. Host was exceptionally responsive and we enjoyed meeting their friendly dog. It was a nice base to explore beaches between Nelson and Abel Tasman by car. The area felt very safe; sidewalks along the roadsides; it seems to be a family oriented neighborhood.
