Nestled near the Maitai river, this holiday home is conveniently located right next to one of the best cafes in town offering excellent coffee and an extensive breakfast and lunch menu. Experience the ultimate in comfort with our air-conditioned accommodation, private on-site parking and free WiFi. Enjoy outdoor dining on our balcony, taking in the beautiful surroundings of Nelson. Inside, you'll find everything you need to make your stay comfortable. Our holiday home boasts 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, a study including additional sofa bed if required for overflow visitors, and is fully stocked with fresh bed linens and towels. Watch your favourite shows on the flat-screen Samsung Frame with streaming services and art work according to your own taste, or prepare a delicious meal in our fully equipped kitchen. North and west facing, the winter sun pours into the living area and the sunsets are spectacular. Step outside onto the balcony to soak up the serene atmosphere of the area. **Special conditions & notes**:
- Strictly no party, gatherings or venue use. No Smoking. Pets are not permitted.
- This is a personal home, made available to guests on an occasional basis. This allows you access to a superb & well-equipped home with the minor trade-off that storage may be required for owner belongings.
- Stairs - Please note this is a two-storey home with stairs between the lower & upper levels.
- Check-in is possible anytime after 2pm or from noon where the option of early check-in has been purchased.
- Please try to arrive during business hours where possible (our team are available 7 days a week as late as 8pm).
- Late arrivals after 8pm are available by agreement only. An additional charge of NZ$50.00 will apply.
**Payment, Bond/Security Deposit and Cancellation**:
- A 30% deposit secures your stay with the balance due 3 weeks prior to your arrival (full payment will be required if booking within 3 weeks of arrival).
- Three weeks prior to your arrival (or immediately if booking within 3 weeks of arrival), you’ll need to provide a card authority for the bond/security deposit via our secure online check in process.
- Cancel anytime up until 3 weeks prior to arrival for any reason and you’ll pay no more than 30% of the booking total.
- Where compassionate circumstances for cancellation exist, we’ll be happy to look at further flexibility, usually in the form of postponement of your stay, or a credit towards future stay dates.
- A Rental Agreement document is provided as part of the booking process. Please refer to the agreement for full terms and conditions. :-)

This was a wonderful, stylish rental, comfortable and clean, and walkable to the city center. Breakfast at Bobby Frank’s restaurant next door was fabulous. We stayed a full month, a true home away from home. Our one and only complaint was that the dinner dishes are too large for the dishwasher (washer arm can’t rotate properly) but a smaller set if dishes would fix that. We will definitely book it again when we next visit our daughter!
