Our host was very responsive and helpful. The house itself is spacious and the rooms are all a good size. It worked very well for our group. The beds were comfortable too! Location is great for being close to Brighton city centre. Very good value for money

The location was good
The entrance hall could do with a spruce up and freshen up, it smells a bit stale as you go through the front door but it was more welcoming as you entered the first floor
