Great location, great property, large beautiful house with a private spa pool.
Master bedroom at the end can get cold - however it is equipped with a small heater and electric blanket.

Clean, tidy and cozy. This property had an excellent assortment of amenities and features unique to this property. The spa was lovely and instructions for cleaning were clear and to the point. Me and my partner both enjoyed our stay and would absolutely recommend to anyone looking for a get away in kaiapoi.
Nothing really to be said we had a slight issue locating the yellow recycling bin. But besides that it was very nice.
