L'emplacement même si y'avait trop de bruit

Trop de bruit pas de double vitrage c'est dommage. Le tram passe très tard et très tôt !!. L'appartement est mal isolé on entend les voisins du dessus. Le wifi à revoir pour travailler c'est horrible ! Ménage à revoir éponge en fin de vie et lavette pareil. Vieille machine à laver à ne surtout pas utilisé a abîmé un vêtement. Pas de sac poubelle pas de papier toilette pas assez de serviettes de bain je viens pas en vacances pour aller acheter des sacs poubelles... Surtout pour quelques jours!! L'odeur dans les salles de bain pareil une odeur dégoût très désagréable Bref je ne recommande pas Les note à 10 je comprend pas ! Bien lire tout les commentaires ce que je n'ai pas fait malheureusement.

Property was clean and comfortable with good facilities. Good for family stay. Easy tram access (Hermitage station) and direct tram to beech areas.

It was on a busy road with a tram line so noise was defnitely a problem. No air conditioner so not suitable for summer months.

Todo está súper bien estado . Muy bien , lo recomiendo

Quizás que el suelo del baño está un poco negro , no sucio sino que el silicon o pegamento hay que cambiar ,

Do not book this apartment. Despite informing the host of our arrival time well in advance, neither the owner nor the agent could be reached when we arrived. We were left waiting outside the building for over an hour before gaining access. The biggest issue was the noise. The apartment is extremely close to the tram line, and the sound of trams passing is very loud, even with the windows closed. This continued throughout the night and made it difficult to sleep. There is no air conditioning and no fan, which makes the apartment very stuffy, particularly during warmer weather. The only alternative is to open the windows, but then you are exposed to constant traffic noise, tram noise and vehicle fumes. The bathroom was disappointing. It had an unpleasant smell, the shower was in poor condition, there was no window, and the extraction fan did not appear to be working. The apartment lacked some basic amenities. There were no tea mugs, only drinking glasses, and there were no complimentary tea bags or coffee. These may seem like small details, but they make a significant difference to guests’ comfort. The Wi-Fi was unstable, towels were limited and some were stained, and there was no spare bedding available. Overall, this was a very disappointing stay. Had previous reviews reflected our experience more accurately, we would not have booked this property. I hope this review helps future guests make an informed decision and avoid wasting their money or negatively affecting their holiday.
