Nice location, clean and comfortable good breakfast
After contacting the hotel about taxis, the response was all about tipping the hotel staff and management! We received very little in the way of service, my wife and I are both nearing 70 and we both have bad backs and we had to haul our luggage up 2 flights of stairs whilst the fit young man at reception watched on and offered no assistance at all!!!!

It was right in the Medina. AC worked well. Staff was friendly and helpful
Very strange room. On two floors. Bathroom downstairs and bedroom up a very steep industrial staircase.
