VERY GOOD LOCATION IN RELATION TO METRO AND TRAIN. VERY CLOSE TO SUPERMARKET, NICE FOOD OPTIONS AND PHARMACY.
POOR CLEANLINESS. SMELLED AND DIRTY MIRRORS AND SHOWER GLASS. DIRTY DISH SPONGE. BROKEN BASIN PROTECTOR AND WASTE BIN IN THE BATHROOM. WHILE IT HAS 2 BATHROOMS, THEY CANNOT OPERATE WITH HOT WATER IN BOTH AT THE SAME TIME. MINIMAL AND BAD CARE PRODUCTS WITH UNPRECEDENTED PACKAGING. AND AT 10:03 ON THE DAY OF OUR CHECK-OUT THEY RINGED THE BELL. NO FLEXIBILITY IN CHECK IN & CHECK OUT TIME, WHILE WE HAD SAID THAT WE HAD A SICK PERSON AT HOME AND WE NEEDED A LITTLE MORE TIME, NOT ONLY DID THEY NOT GIVE US THE SAME TIME ON ARRIVAL BUT THEY CHEATED US 3' AFTER THE CHECK OUT TIME.
