Milano Pop Art - new exclusive apartment

Een schone, leuke en cute appartementje. Alles verliep goed qua service. Je kon ze altijd bereiken, alles op tijd meegekregen en duidelijk.

Muy buena buena ubicación, en excelente sector de Milano. Estaba muy bien la Limpieza. Nicoló muy atento a los requerimientos y silicitudes

Hubo inconveniente con el wifi

Ubytování je v hezké lokalitě veľmi dobře dostupné do centra. Apartmán je v domě s recepcí, dům je čistý a klidný. Navíc i bezpečný. Apartmán byl prostorný a dobře a moderně vybavený.

Central location, nice building, apartment design is not too bad, there is a Nespresso machine (no capsules though)

When we arrived, the code to open the main gate was not working. I managed to contact the owner in 10 minutes; he had a backup key outside in a safe. He told me someone would fix it the next day (didn't happen, it was not a new issue, I found reviews from people in the previous week having the same issue). The room is much smaller than you assume just by looking at the images. There is a constant dripping noise in the walls, which can be a bit of torture, but we were tired and got used to it. The old tram starts around 5 AM (or earlier?), and the room starts to shake. I wish I knew that beforehand, but it's not the owner's fault. The main problem for us was the ventilation, which started to have a VERY annoying sound the next day. We turned it off, it was fine for a few minutes, then the noise started again. With the ventilation turned off. We didn't get much sleep the second night; it was THAT annoying. I recorded a video with it and contacted the owner, but he wasn't really responsive. We decided to find another location. I asked the owner for a partial refund (we paid around 1000 euros for 5 nights, not terribly cheap), again, not responsive. Lucky for us, we found an apartment nearby, which was great. I very rarely had a bad experience with rentals on Booking; this was probably the worst I had.
