Clean, light, comfortable rooms, great lunch and breakfast. Good shuttle service to airport. Friendly reception staff.

On their site it specify’s clearly a ‘all year round swimming pool’. We booked because of this as our last day in Africa, to relax by a pool. This was NOT possible as they said it was a ‘decorative pool’. That part was v disappointing.

I had a sore throat during my stay, and without me even asking, the staff thoughtfully prepared a mixture of lemon, ginger, and honey for me every day. I was genuinely impressed by their kindness and level of care. My room was cleaned daily and was always spotless. The food was delicious, well-cooked, and there was a good variety of meals. I also had several meetings to attend, and the internet connection was fast, reliable, and strong throughout my stay, which made working remotely very easy. Overall, I had an excellent experience and would highly recommend this accommodation to anyone looking for outstanding hospitality, great service, and a comfortable stay.

The people were amazingly friendly and helpful at all times. I enjoyed the food very much. The room was very clean and everything was great. I will definitely recommend this Hotel to anyone. Thanks for the A+++ service

The free Wi-Fi was breaking up here and there and there was a dog barking next to my room (neighbour's of the Hotel) during the night which was really bad. It kept me awake for a long time during the night. The location is probably not the best, but it was ok.

The property was well situated in a quiet neighbourhood convenient for our travel path. The onsite cafe was also very convenient.

The room we stayed in had an unpleasant odor of dampness and the shower drainage was not working.
