The location is pleasant. Quiet side of town but not too far from city centre by car.
The Sable room (one of the rooms in the hotel) is on the same floor as the hotel reception and board room. So you can hear foot traffic and people talking; not good if you are a light sleeper.

Clean, light, comfortable rooms, great lunch and breakfast.
Good shuttle service to airport.
Friendly reception staff.
On their site it specify’s clearly a ‘all year round swimming pool’.
We booked because of this as our last day in Africa, to relax by a pool.
This was NOT possible as they said it was a ‘decorative pool’.
That part was v disappointing.

The property was well situated in a quiet neighbourhood convenient for our travel path. The onsite cafe was also very convenient.
The room we stayed in had an unpleasant odor of dampness and the shower drainage was not working.
