Place is very clean and visiting from SA , I was pleasantly surprised. Standards are really competitive

Generally very clean.
Today the breakfast service was so discoordinated. Although the staff remained apologetic , a lot went wrong, we had to ask for cutlery three times , our meals were served separately 30mins apart from each other. There is certainly a real training need so that the service staff are more polished and deliver a prompt and exceptional service.
