    The location is great, very co operative staff, the night ambience on the terrace was so so amazing. Would love to go again.

    The only aspect, very good about the hotel is it's location . The staff is untrained n the Restaurant is very dirty. Over all they have very poor hygiene standards. After the guest finish eating , the spilled food from the plate on the table is cleared by throwing it down on the floor. When I checked , I was told Sir, Our Housekeeping will clear it tommorow so till the next day other guest who occupy the table have to sit around stamping the litter with their feet. They can easily collect the same in a tragic or a plate instead of dropping th ed same on the floor.......Plastic glasses were used for drinking water which were totally worn out n had stains all over. The management thought naming the Restaurant AlFresso will reflect high standard. A big joke.......Even the chairs kept in the balcony were very dirty n I had to call for staff to clean......Over all not a happy experience at all.
