    I had a wonderful 3-night stay at The Tribe Nimman Boutique Hotel and would happily give it 5 stars. The location is one of the hotel's biggest strengths. Everything is within walking distance – One Nimman, Maya Lifestyle Shopping Center, McDonald's, Lotus's, 7-Eleven, massage shops, cafes, and plenty of great local restaurants. It was incredibly convenient and made exploring Chiang Mai very enjoyable. The room was spacious, clean, and beautifully designed. The bed and pillows were extremely comfortable, and the lighting was warm and thoughtfully arranged, creating a very relaxing atmosphere after a day out. The staff were also excellent. The front desk team and doormen were always friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout my stay. Another pleasant surprise was the sound insulation. Since the hotel is relatively close to the airport, I expected aircraft noise to be an issue. While I could occasionally hear planes passing by, the noise was not excessive and certainly did not disturb my sleep or wake me up unexpectedly. I only have two minor suggestions for improvement. The bathroom drainage was a little slow, and I hope the management can look into it. Also, given the generous room size, it would be even more convenient if an additional table, cabinet, or luggage platform could be provided for guests to place their belongings. These are very small points and did not affect my overall experience. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would not hesitate to return on my next visit to Chiang Mai. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a comfortable stay in the Nimman area.

    The place seems to be very new and it is clean! Staff is also very friendly and helpful. However there's stairs to go up to rooms but it's not too bad as staff will be able to help you carry luggages if help needed. Definitely will book again if I visit.

    During my stay, there were power outages, but the staff was incredibly helpful and went out of their way to ensure that I wasn’t inconvenienced. As a result, they upgraded me to a nicer room. The receptionists’ constant politeness and cheerfulness made my stay much more enjoyable.

    The hotel lobby fragrance is very relaxing! The room is very clean and new! The staff are very friendly and welcoming! Super good location where only 10mins walk to One Nimman. It was the best stay I have had in Thailand honestly! But there is no lift in the building, if u carry big luggage, it maybe difficult. I will come to this hotel again for my next visit!
