Good value. Nice location.

The views of the mountains and fields. Free car parking outside the front door. A nice short walk around the paths from the house. Near to Fussen and lakes. Good dishwasher. Free fresh eggs.

Very poor lighting in the kitchen which made meal preparation difficult. There were no bedside lamps.

Perfect for families

If you are looking for something family-oriented or for an apartment, where you can stay with close friends, Haflingerhof Appenstein is the place to be! We wanted to visit Neuschwanstein castle on the way to Salzburg but all good apartments around Füssen and Schwangau were booked. Luckily, this cozy apartment in Unterpinswang was available. We arrived earlier than check in time indicated on the website but the apartment was ready for our convenience. It has everything you might need for a perfect vacation: washing machine, electric stove, coffee maker, electric kettle, fridge, dish washer, kitchenware, etc. It was even a bath, where we could bath our baby. I have to mention that the balcony is just perfect! It has a nice mountain view. If you like table games, there are a few available in the apartment. There are a few things for entertaining kids. We could use the cod absolutely for free, which is not always the case in different places. Neuschwanstein Castle is only 10 min drive away. The village Pinswang is very quiet and peaceful. It is important, if you come with small children. Parking is huge in front of the house and aside.

Great to visit Neuschwanstein

The room as very big, it had a little kitchen which was super useful because we could have breakfast at the property. The owner texted the instructions since messaging on booking didn’t work and it was super clear and easy to follow.

Perfect base to visit Neuschwanstein

- Very nice host - delicious fresh eggs and jam for breakfast - very nice property in a with different animals and nice surrounding like a mountain fairytale - very good starting point to visit Neuschwanstein - Well equiped kitchen (even a dish washer)

The only thing that was not absolutely perfect was the small village road that passes exactly in front of the property with a little traffic during the day.

Beautiful, peaceful and relaxing but close enough to other attractions.

Loved the location and beautiful scenery. Kids loved the farm and hands on with the animals. Brought our son out of his shell in dealing with animals. He particularly loved Buddy the dog. Host was very friendly and accommodating.

Magical place between mountains

This place was above my expectations. It’s situated in a quiet location. The apartment was big and comfortable: living, bedrooms, well equipped kitchen and bathroom. The view from the balcony was idyllic. We stayed the four of us: boyfriend and his parents. Everyone was satisfied and would have stayed longer. The owner was easy to reach and she gave us very useful trips about the neighbourhood. I would go back any time of the year.

Ausbaufähige Unterkunft in traumhafter Lage

Der Haflingerhof ist natürlich sehr idyllisch gelegen im kleinen Dorf Unterpinswang mit Blick auf die Berge. Auch von der Ferienwohnung aus hat man einen schönen Blick auf die umliegende Bergwelt. Die Tiere des Hofs (u.a. natürlich die Haflingerpferde, aber auch Kühe, Ziegen, Katzen, ein Pony und Kaninchen) sind zutraulich und neugierig und können besucht werden. Die Ferienwohnung selbst ist recht spartanisch eingerichtet, der Koch- und Wohnbereich ist relativ neu und gemütlich möbliert, die Küche selbst ausreichend ausgestattet. Das Bad ist in soweit gutem Zustand, das Schlafzimmer jedoch sehr spartanisch eingerichtet. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut schallgedämmt (selbst der Linienbus oder das Streufahrzeug, welches direkt vor Schlaf- und Wohnbereich entlang fährt, war kaum zu hören). Die Vermieter waren gut über Booking.com zu erreichen und haben auf Anliegen in angemessener Zeit reagiert. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist alles in allem akzeptabel.

Ein Ofen in der Küche wäre wünschenswert, ebenso wie mehr Lichtquellen (in der ganzen Wohnung). Nur ein sehr kleiner Kleiderschrank im Schlafzimmer, die Möbel im Schlafzimmer sind generell recht alt und angewohnt. Am 3. & 4. Abend hatten wir kein warmes Wasser (was bei deutlichen Minusgraden natürlich sehr ärgerlich ist). Nachdem das Problem zwei Tage in Folge bestand, wurde es von den Vermietern bearbeitet und trat infolge dessen auch nicht mehr auf.

Schöne Tage in ländlicher Gegend an Bergen

Die Wohnung war gut und hatte alles um einige Tage dort zu verbringen. Die Gastgeberin Jasmin ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit.

Viele Fliegen aber ist halt ein Bauernhof. Alle Fenster außer im kleinen Schlafzimmer mit Fliegengitter ausgestattet.

Der Blick auf die Berge, die relativ ruhige Lage mit viel Grün drumherum, der Bolzplatz, das Trampolin und die vielen Gesellschaftsspiele für die Kinder, die saubere großzügige Ferienwohnung mit Balkon, der Parkplatz direkt am Haus, der unkomplizierte Check In/Out, die gut ausgestattete Küche

Die wenigen Fernsehprogramme, dank eines veralteten Receivers.

Genießerurlaub für Groß und Klein

Genau so wie man sich einen Urlaub auf dem Bauernhof vorstellt, war unser Aufenthalt am Haflingerhof. Von Tieren, bis Fahrzeugen auf dem Hof, Spielzeug im Haus, den Lech um die Ecke inkl. frischer Heuernte war alles dabei. Die Gastgeberin war auch sehr nett und gab Ausflugtipps.

L’appartement était incroyable ! Très spacieux, confortable et très bien équipé. La salle de bain était moderne et composé d’une baignoire et d’une douche. La cuisine avait tous les équipements possibles fonctionnels (frigo, plaques de cuisson, batterie de casseroles, bouilloire etc) Les espaces étaient très propres et que dire de la vue magnifique sur les montagnes ! Sublime !! Les propriétaires sont discrets mais disponibles si besoin d’aide et quel plaisir de pouvoir aller caresser quelques chevaux à notre retour de randonnées ! Un grand merci et je recommande fortement ! Prix totalement raisonnable ! A proximité de plusieurs lacs, chemins de randonnées et de Füssen !

Top Lage, top Ferienwohnung

Unsere schöne grosse Ferienwohnung war blitzsauber, super + Kleinkind gerecht ausgestattet und exakt wie beschrieben. Die Aussicht auf die Berge und das renovierte Badezimmer waren eine weitere angenehme Überraschung. Jederzeit wieder!

Erholsamer Kurzurlaub mit Kinder auf dem Bauernhof

Tolle Lage, man ist in wenigen Minuten an vielen touristischen Attraktionen und Sehenswürdigkeiten. Super Wohnung mit viel Platz. Bett sehr bequem. Paradies für Kinder, die können sich auf dem Bauernhof austoben. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man so braucht, Wasserkocher, Herd, Backofen, Kühlschrank, dusche + Badewanne, Spiele für den Abend, Sofa mit TV,usw usw. Die Besitzer sind sehr freundlich und geben einen Ausflugstipps. Hier auf dem Hof gibt es viele Tiere, Pferde, Katzen, Kühe, Ziegen, Hühner. Für Kinder gibt's ein großes Trampolin, ein "Go Kart", Möglichkeit zum Fußball spielen usw. Ein Ruhiger Abendspaziergang zum Ausklang ist auch sehr toll. Wer mit Kinder etwas sucht, ist hier genau richtig. Uns hat es sehr gefallen, die Kids wollten gar nicht mehr heim 😁

Schöne geräumige Wohnung

Eine schöne Wohnung im Bauernhof, die offensichtlich immer wieder renoviert und neu ausgestattet wurde, damit sich die Gäste wohl fühlen. Viele Kinderbücher und grosse Spielesammlung. Schöne Aussicht. Freundliche und sehr entgegenkommende Vermieter. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Wir hatten sehr ungemütliches Wetter und freuten uns auch einmal gern in der Wohnung zu sein

Wunderschöne Lage - super geeignet, um die Schlösser zu besichtigen.

Die Wohnung ist extrem gut ausgestattet. In der Küche gibt es einen Toaster, eine Mikrowelle, einen Wasserkocher, eine Kaffeemaschine und alles mögliche, was man sich wünschen kann. Außerdem sind die Tiere auf dem Hof super süß und die Familie sehr nett.

Wunderschöner Kurzurlaub

Von Anfang bis Ende sehr schnelle und kompetente Informationen und Kontaktaufnahme seitens der Vermieter. Das Appartement hat alles was man braucht und bietet noch viel mehr. Wir haben traumhaft in den Betten geschlafen. Das eine Schlafzimmer hat direkten Zugang zum Balkon mit Wahnsinnspanorama auf die Berge. Die Küche hat alle notwendigen Dinge die man zum Kochen braucht und sämtliche funktionierende Elektrogeräte plus eine schöne Essensecke. Das Bad ist neu renoviert mit Regendusche und sehr gutem Wasserdruck. Das Haus ist ruhig gelegen mit direkter Anbindung an die nächsten Ortschaften, zur Highline sind es knapp 15 Minuten und zur Burg Neuschwanstein auch ca 20min, für uns perfekte Lage für unsere Planung. Hinter dem Haus befindet sich der Hof der Familie mit Pferden, Ziegen, Katzen und Kühen..meine Töchter haben sich riesig gefreut und die Besitzerin hat sich viel Zeit genommen uns alles zu erklären. An Gastfreundschaft nicht zu übertreffen und in der Form noch nie erlebt. Wir hatten eine großartige Zeit und kommen ganz bestimmt wieder!
