Great holiday apartment near Weissensee

Great holiday apartment, very comfortable and clean. Lovely location very near the Weissensee, beautiful surrounding countryside. Self-check-in with the apartment key kept in a key safe and all the relevant information sent to us a few days before our stay. There is a small village shop nearby, which is very handy, especially if you don't have a car.

The accommodation was advertised with a washing machine inside the apartment but when we arrived the washing machine wasn't working. We had not been informed of this prior to our stay. There is a washroom with communal washing machines in the house but it needs extra coins, which we had to organise first. Only one house key was provided for the apartment which is unhelpful if you want to do separate things.

The apartment was very nice, everything was provided. The area was quiet and relaxing. Prof. Seefelder was very kind to answer my calls and provide additional information.

Check in was very confusing, as the listing as well as email confirmation said that someone would meet us at the property. I had to call the property owner to get in because no one was there to meet me and the code for the lock box wasn't working.

Exceptional

Convenient check-in, spacious, well equipped, very clean and with a large balcony for any kind of traveler. Great with kids with a playground and a lot of space around the apartment building. It is just a short walk to the lake with a cafe and even more playgrounds. Relaxing for parents and fun for kids.

Excellent central location to see Bavaria!

It was a very central location to all of the things we wanted to do...see Ludwig II's castles, go skiing, enjoy the Bavarian countryside and food. We also wanted to hit the 6 km toboganning run at Breitenberg but there was no snow this year! We drove to Garmisch to ski. The apartment was spacious and clean. We appreciated having an extra toilet in addition to the bathroom toilet with five people. The caretaker of the apartment was very friendly and gave lots of good local "recommendations."

The beds were not the most comfortable we've ever slept in. I'm not sure that any of us slept through the night, but it was still an excellent stay.

Location ideal for fussen and Austria. Apartment was big and clean, beds really comfortable. Apartment had all the facilities you need. Guy who met us to let us into the apartment was friendly and give us local information. Pool area was great

Nur für ganz spezielle Urlaubssuchende geeignet!!!

Wunderbare Wohnung für DDR-Nostalgiker in Plattenbau-ähnlicher Siedlung, gleichfalls die Flure und Wohnung. Ebbenso wunderbar für Migräne-Patienten, da alles sehr schön dunkel ist, für Leute, die alte IKEA-Sachen vom unteren Level mögen und die mit einem robusten Ton des Vermieters am Telefon gut klarkommen. Ebenso wunderbar für Leute, die sich gerne durch Fotos täuschen lassen und denken, sie kommen in eine Gegend mit viel Wiese, See und Berge (die man allenfalls zwischen den 70er-Jahre Bauten sieht). Ebenso wunderbar für Leute, die auf dem Balkon gerne links und rechts sehen wollen, was der Nachbar in kürzester Entfernung von ca. 2m so frühstückt und absolut genau verstehen möchte, was er so am Balkon redet - entsprechendes Klientel mit interessanter Mischung verschiedenster Tabakerzeugnisse inklusive. Für alle anderen gilt: Finger weg.

Aufenthalt gut. An der Sauberkeit kann noch gearbeitet werden.

Große Wohnung mit allem was dazugehört. Neuwertige Küche mit leider defekter Waschmaschine. Die Sehenswürdigkeiten alle gut erreichbar.

Die Sauberkeit lässt doch sehr zu wünschen übrig. Spinngeweben sind da noch das harmloseste. Staub und Müll unterm Bett und unterm Sofa. Die Küchenfronten waren mit Kaffeeflecken überzogen. Renovierungsarbeiten in den Nachbarwohnungen, ohne das es von Seiten des Vermieters einen Hinweis dazu gab.

Es ist eine ruhige Ferienanlage. Der Ausblick ist sensationell. Wir haben schon viele Ferienunterkünfte gebucht und diese ist auf Platz 1. Es war alles vorhanden was man sich denken konnte. Sehr zu empfehlen. Immer wieder gern.

Wir haben lange überlegt, doch nichts gefunden was man beanstanden kann.
