    Pro: Staff were super helpful and polite. They tried to sort out the issues to the best of their abilities. Rooms were clean and spacious. Half moon resorts hotel has opened 3 months ago and hence all the equipment is new. Cons: Hot water in the bathrooms was an issue. They need to sort out their hit water heating systems. We were supplied only 1 set of towels in each room. Reason provided was that they were busy due to Xmas period and did not have enough laundry provisions for a full occupancy of the hotel. Breakfast provisions like cutlery, bowls etc were limited. The breakfast spread was limited considering what we paid and expected from this “luxury” resort. Approach road to this remote location is bumpy and unsuitable for walks. All in all, a disappointing stay for a group of 6. (23-25 Dec 2025)
