    It is a new hotel, location is key. walkable from 100 ft road, Supportive staff. Bed/ mattress is good. Value for money. near by food joints.

    The hotel was very nice and clean. Prime location too. But they don’t have executive or superior rooms. They literally have AC room and Non Ac rooms in their own terms. Wherever you book, they’ll ask you additional INR 500 for AC. Pathetic. Hotel guys were nice. They even showed the bookings we made through Agoda, which went to their system as *** booking. There it showed non ac room, that I actually booked for superior executive room with more facilities including AC. What the recieption said was if I booked with payment via *** they wouldn’t have asked additional for AC. So I had to pay for AC for first stay and then they waived off for the next days after lengthy explanations about guest rights on advertised price and all. Apart from that the place is very nice and comfortable. If Agoda gives you ‘pay at property’ only option without letting you pay while booking, better avoid it as it’s a hidden trap and you'll end up paying extra to hotel or leave the hotel after arrived there with no choice.

    excellent location just off of 100ft Rd in Bengaluru’s sought after Indira Nagar. close enough to the action but far enough from the noise of the busy street. at time of writing this place has only been open for 2 month. staff are friendly. room is very comfortable and quite spacious with lots of natural light. there are two sliding doors to allow in fresh air and the sun’s rays. blackout curtains are also there incase you want to sleep in. king size bed in the executive suite with a small closet to keep one’s clothes. large screen smart TV with all the apps to veg out after a day out and about. a seperate work area with a desk and chair and super fast wifi. a kettle, mugs and glasses are available for making tea or coffee in the room. the washroom is clean and spacious with a ton of natural light and good ventilation. it’s also finished nicely with tasteful tiles and fixtures. bed is firm with crisp white linens and comfy pillows. there’s a ceiling fan above and an AC adjacent so you can regulate the temperature for a peaceful nights sleep. there’s no restaurant but who needs one with so many superb options in the near vicinity. wishing the owner all the best for his new venture. please keep up the good work and i look forward to staying again in the future. written in December 2025 when I stayed for 3 nights.
