    As soon as we entered the room, there was a fire above AC. It was due to short circuit. Washroom was always wet and flooded with ankle deep water. Some seepage was there from the washroom of the floor above. Commode flush was very hard and difficult to operate. Room was dirty as flooring was rough, no ventilation, lots of mosquitoes and full with a foul smell. Every day we had to tell them to spray some room freshener. Inside the cupboard, hanging rod was broken. Lift door did not operate twice and we had to climb up and down to the third floor twice. It was very painful as we both are senior citizens. Only location was good as it was very near from our relative’s home.
