I stayed with family and we booked 2 rooms. One room had a very bad drainage smell coming from the bathroom water drainage. Every-time we opened the door of bathroom, that smell filled the room. Bathroom was extremely smelly and we couldn’t use it. They said there was no other room to change. Bathroom door wasn’t getting locked. The other bathroom also had some other kind of smell. Everytime we called for an issue, the staff didn’t acknowledge it. They came once and sprayed some room freshner. All bedsheets and blankets were very old. Towels were torn off. Water was extremely salty. AC worked fine. No wifi coverage till the said room. Not happy. 1.5 km away from the Dwarka temple though they claim it’s 500 m.

No cleanliness, terrible smell from washroom, nothing seems to be available, whenever we asked for anything like a towel or an extra pillow, they initially denied it that they don’t have it. Staff not acknowledged our issues. Wifi doesn’t reach till room. Unprofessional staff
