Our classic two-bedroom cottages feature vaulted ceilings, natural decor, and an open family entertainment setting. Air conditioning, Wifi, and a widescreen television in every cottage makes your stay comfortable and convenient. One Queen bed and 2 twin beds with a separate bathroom are comfortably furnished. It also offers a separate living room with a pull-out sofa bed, dining area, a full kitchen, and a covered porch; your own private oasis to accommodate families with a maximum of five people.
Kokomo Botanical Resorts requires a government issued Photo ID upon arrival. A security deposit of USD350 is required at check in to cover any incidentals or damages, and will be refunded at check out, barring any damages. Car rentals and concierge services are also available at the property.

Parking was easy and secure. It was nice to have a pool and hot tub available for days when the beach was too rough. I really enjoyed having a restaurant on site as well.

Property manager wenie was very helpful and ensured smooth check-in. We had early check-in and late check-out and appreciated the flexibility. The rooms were clean and had all the amenities streaming services on tv. Cooking utensils, clean towels and daily house keeping service. The property is centrally located and close to major highways and local attractions

We had a great stay in our 2 bedroom cottage. Peaceful grounds and easy access to localBeaches. Very much enjoyed our stay and car rental was a plus!

Loved our stay! Wenie was a wonderful host. The waitstaff at the restaurant were so friendly and accommodating. Parking was so easy and we felt very secure. We enjoyed the pool and salt water hot tub. I loved all the bonsais and plants around. The room was very clean and the staff cleaned it everyday. Really great stay. Would definitely come back!
