Welcome to Sunrise Ridge Cottage, your private hillside retreat in the exclusive Turtle Tail neighborhood. Perched on one of the highest points in Providenciales, this peaceful escape offers breathtaking panoramic views of the turquoise Caicos Banks, cooling ocean breezes, and complete privacy—all just a short drive from Grace Bay, Taylor Bay, Sapodilla Bay, and the island's best restaurants and attractions.
The first thing you'll notice is the view. Wake each morning to spectacular sunrises over the ocean, sip your coffee while watching the water change from brilliant turquoise to deep sapphire, and enjoy the constant easterly breezes that make outdoor living comfortable year-round.
Designed to embrace the Caribbean lifestyle, the outdoor spaces are where you'll likely spend most of your vacation. Inside, the cottage is bright, comfortable, and fully equipped for a relaxing stay. The fully equipped kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, a dishwasher, oven, cooktop, microwave, full-size refrigerator, coffee maker, blender, toaster, kettle, and everything needed to prepare meals at home. A washer and dryer are also provided for your convenience.
The primary bedroom features a king-size bed, built-in closets, and air conditioning. The second bedroom offers two twin beds that can easily be converted into a king upon request, making the cottage ideal for couples, families, or friends traveling together. Both bedrooms are air-conditioned for a comfortable night's sleep.
To help you make the most of your island adventures, we've also included beach chairs, beach towels, a cooler, and beach toys for younger guests—everything you need for unforgettable days exploring the beautiful beaches of Turks & Caicos.
Please note that the driveway, parking area, and pathway are shared with guests staying in the adjacent studio. Once at the cottage, however, you'll enjoy your own private pool, outdoor living areas, and all cottage amenities without sharing these spaces.

We had the most wonderful week staying at this adorable villa. It was clean, had everything we needed - beach towels, cooler, beach chairs, pool floats, water, etc. The handbook the host emailed prior to the trip was super helpful to give tips on where to go, check in/out procedures, airport tips, etc. We felt very safe in the area. It was in a quiet area but very convenient (10 minutes /- ) to Grace Bay area and 5 minutes to the main 'highway' that is the access to all parts of the island. Terri was incredibly responsive. We only had to reach out once about batteries for the remote and she had it back in working order first thing the next morning. I definitely recommend this property!

This property was lovely - just as shown. The Sunrise Ridge team was very responsive when I had questions and even brought over a pitcher so we could make iced tea. The property was well appointed and we used the kitchen often. We enjoyed the pool and surrounding patio area. We also used the supplied sand chairs when we went to the beach. Beds were very comfortable. The extra large washer and dryer were great. At first I thought having 3 different a/c units (main room and each bedroom) would be cumbersome but it actually worked out really well since one bedroom liked it distinctly cooler than the other.
