Sleeping Arrangements:
This 5-bedroom, 4-bath home comfortably accommodates groups with a variety of layouts. The main level features one king bedroom and two queen bedrooms. Upstairs, there are four built-in twin beds, perfect for kids or additional guests. The basement offers its own private suite with a king bedroom, full kitchen, and living room for extra privacy and convenience.

Outdoor Amenities:
Enjoy a spacious balcony with comfortable seating and a grill, perfect for relaxing or dining outdoors. A short, easy paved walk takes you to the two-slip dock, where one slip is available for guests to bring their own boat. A pontoon boat is available for rent on site, please inquire for more information.(guests are responsible for fuel). The water around the dock stays deep year-round, making it great for swimming and boating.

IMPORTANT: Before receiving check-in instructions, you must sign our rental agreement. Failure to do so will result in cancellation without a refund. If you would like to review our rental agreement before your reservation, just request a copy and we will send you one.

Travelease Protection: We want you to have a worry-free vacation, which is why we offer our travelease protection program when you book with us. With this program, you'll have coverage for up to $200 in accidental damages. Plus, we understand that plans can change, so we offer the flexibility to cancel your reservation for any reason up to 14 days before check-in for a 100% refund, and a 50% refund for 7 days (minus the Travel Ease protection fee). Additionally, if the weather takes a turn for the worse, you'll have the ability to reschedule your stay. So, rest easy knowing that we've got you covered.
