7 total bedrooms. 4 with their own full bathrooms upstair and 3 downstairs. All bedrooms have a king bed with one downstairs having 2 bunk beds. There is a full bathroom downstairs for the 3 downstairs bedrooms. 5,000 square feet of new construction. Large deck and fire pit for great relaxing. Great house especially for larger groups with varying age kids! We recently stayed for a week with a few families & kids aged 17-8. Can't beat 4 king bedrooms with en suite bathrooms upstairs & the downstairs is great for kids. Adults & kids enjoyed the ping pong, pool table etc. The dock is large & one of the nicest ones we've stayed at over the years. Quiet cove & nice deep water an extra plus. And the town of Hartwell is only a 15 min drive with a few restaurants & some boutiques etc. Would def stay here again.

The house was just right for our family, with spacious bedrooms and enough bathrooms for all. Our energetic grandkids had lots of room to run around safely. We spent hours at the dock and in the water, as well as on the flat front lawn playing yard games.

Great lake house that is perfect for a large group. Good set up for multiple families especially those with younger children. Dock area perfect for swimming and lounging. Would definitely stay here again.
