Outdoors, towering greenery surrounds a private pool, fire pit, and dining pavilion, creating the feeling of a secluded retreat in the desert. Inside, uncluttered interiors are curated with comfort in mind: well-appointed bedrooms, a chef’s kitchen, and thoughtful details throughout the home, including “a completely stocked kitchen” “a coffee and tea bar with Yeti cups,” and “extras we didn’t even know we needed."

The Verdant was simply amazing. So private, surrounded by trees, the backyard is quiet, we felt like we were the only people around for miles. We didn't spend a lot of time inside, but there are so many perfect little details. Modern, very high end furnishings and appliances. They have really thought of everything. The coffee bar and cocktail draw were "chef's kiss". We will definitely bring our group back here again in the future.
