Security & Monitoring
For safety and occupancy verification, a security camera is installed at the front entry. This is used exclusively to confirm guest numbers and for emergency situations. No other cameras or recording devices are present anywhere on the property.
Noise Monitoring
This home is equipped with a Minut noise monitoring device to help ensure a peaceful environment for both guests and neighbors. Please note: this device does not record audio or conversations—it simply monitors ambient noise levels in decibels.
Pet Policy: Dogs are not typically permitted at this property, but please feel free to inquire if you would like to request an exception. If an exception is granted or a pet is found to have been present during your stay, a non-refundable $175 pet fee will be charged to cover the cost of additional cleaning required after any stay that includes a pet.

We stayed at the house for a Bachelorette party and it was a great set up. The house is beautifully decorated and there is plenty of space for our group of 15. The kitchen was huge and there was a large table that was big enough for our group to eat outside. It was a little chilly while we were there in February but the pool and lawn area were a nice place to relax in the sun. We had a couple small issues with the HVAC system and one of the door handles and locks but the management company was very responsive and addressed the issues quickly. The property is located in a nice quiet neighborhood about 20 minute drive from downtown Scottsdale. Would definitely recommend!
