There are pots and cutleries, dishes, glasses, teapot, coffee kit and also coffee (nespresso and filter), sugar, tea (special kinds of Greece), •A big dining area with a table that can sit up to 10 people, •1 master Bedroom with a queen size bed with anatomic mattress, pillows and all-weather quilt. Below you will find some rules for your stay in our home. Please make sure that you have understood everything and will act accordingly:



• Smoking is prohibited in the villa.

• No pets.

• No parties or any type of events.

• In case you want to have someone else invited in the property, we must be informed in advance in order to give permission.

• Kids must never be left unattended at the jacuzzi, the stairs, the balcony, or anywhere that could put them in danger.

• Never share the codes with anyone else besides the current guests of the suite.

• During the night, you are strongly advised to close the balcony doors and the windows of the villa and put the alarm in stay mode. This has to be done for security reasons. Athens is a safe city, but we have to be careful.

• When you leave the villa, you have to make sure that every door or window is completely closed and put the alarm in away mode through the remote control that you will be given. This has to be done for security purposes. If you leave any of the above open, you will be responsible for anything that may happen. The remote control has two buttons. You set the alarm on by pressing the locked padlock and you set it off by pressing the unlocked padlock.

• When you leave the villa, you have to make sure that you haven't left anything on. This is for safety reasons mainly as well as for environmental purposes. specifically, you have to turn off all the lights, all the A/Cs, the oven and the kitchen stove, the air absorber, the dishwasher, the washing machine, and any other electrical appliance that is on. If you leave any of the above on, you will be responsible in case anything happens.

• Don't eat or drink alcohol before entering the jacuzzi.

• Take caution of the wet floor. No running

• Do not throw toilet paper or anything else (feminine hygiene products, wipes etc.) in the toilet. Additional basket bags are left in the apartment in order to change them as frequently as you like.

• The quiet hours are from 15:00 to 17:30 and from 22:00 to 07:00.

• In case of an emergency you evacuate the building from the main door of the villa.
