Located on a quiet street, the house is nestled in the heart of a charming vacation home community—just a few minutes’ walk from the beach promenade, small cafés, a bakery, and seasonal shopping options. Whether you’re sunbathing on the beach, taking walks through the salt marshes, or going on bike rides along the coast—your vacation begins right on your doorstep.
This modern and lovingly furnished vacation home features an open-concept layout that’s perfect for spending quality time with family or friends. The fully equipped kitchen, a cozy dining area, and the light-filled living room invite you to cook, eat, and relax together. Three separate bedrooms ensure a restful night’s sleep—ideal for families with children or small groups. The modern shower room rounds out the comfortable interior.
In the spacious garden, a furnished patio with a beach chair awaits you, where you can start the day with breakfast in the morning sun or wind down with a glass of wine. Here you’ll find space for peace and quiet, nature, and that true vacation feeling. There’s also a sauna house available for shared use with the neighboring half of the house, “Seehund II.”
Especially convenient: If you’d like to travel with a family of friends or in a larger group, you can also book the directly adjacent house, “Seehund II.” The two halves of the house are structurally separate but can be connected via the entryway if needed—accommodating up to 9 people, with plenty of privacy while still enjoying the vacation together.
