About this apartment rental
Duplex with breathtaking views, 150 m² renovated on 2 floors. Ideal for 6 to 10 people: 4 double beds + 2 modular single beds. 2 equipped kitchens, 2 bathrooms, 2 toilets, 1 large living-dining room (table 8/10 seats), 4 terraces, 1 of which is shaded. Shared swimming pool (8 a.m. to 8 p.m., June/Sept). Perfect for recharging your batteries in Lasalle, 1 hour from Nîmes/Montpellier. Hiking, rivers, markets... Village center 1 min by car, 10 min walk. Calm, nature and comfort for a relaxing stay with family or friends!
General description:
The duplex is the meeting of a loft of 55m2 4 pl. (upstairs) and a large F3 4/6 pl.
Access and hall.
Level access from parking lot n°1 – 3 vehicles. The entrance hall (with piano and library containing books and games for children and adults) connects the loft and the F3 .

Bright living/dining room (table up to 10 seats) of 50 m² with TV area, opening through a large bay window onto the south-facing terrace which dominates the garden and allows you to enjoy the panorama of the Cévennes. Fully equipped kitchen, a large bedroom with a bed 160 and an extra bed 140, and a second bedroom with a bed 160. Bathroom with bath, double sink and washing machine, separate toilet. A second west-facing terrace, covered, provides protection from the weather. Central heating ensures comfort and a pleasant atmosphere.
Loft – upstairs
This apartment of nearly 60 m² is a loft that dominates the entire property, with a panoramic view of the Cévennes. It consists of two large volumes:
First volume: a sleeping area n°1 with bed 160, a dining area with a modular table for 4 to 6 people, and a lounge area with fireplace and TV. The whole is bathed in light thanks to a huge bay window.
Second volume: begins with the fully equipped kitchen, which faces the south terrace used as an outdoor dining area, and serves as a passage to the sleeping area n°2 composed of two 90 single beds, which can be joined into a double bed if necessary (this corner can be insulated with a blackout curtain). This volume then leads to the bathroom with walk-in shower offering a view of the forest, and to a separate toilet.
A small storage room contains the cleaning equipment: broom, Spanish broom, ironing board and iron, drying rack.
Central heating and air conditioning (only the loft) ensure comfort and a pleasant atmosphere. The two panoramic terraces offer unobstructed views of the Cévennes, the swimming pool, the garden and the forest. Bird lovers, take your binoculars!

The property as well as the house and its equipment are for the exclusive use of the tenants. Only people appearing on the reservation will be accepted.
- Parties, noisy events and sound equipment forbidden even during the day. Respect for the neighborhood, no noise pollution after 10:00 p.m. Make sure that the furniture is not moved.
- No pets. Non-smoking house.
-No dedicated electric charging station, but a standard 220V outdoor socket is available in the parking lot. Slow charging possible with your own cable, whether for a car or an electric bike.
-Please respect the arrival and departure times as much as possible and let us know in case of unforeseen events/delays.
- to be done before departure: simply leave everything in the condition found on arrival. (Remember also to clean and put away the dishes, take out the rubbish and selective sorting). Gather bath linen and bedding (except for the laaise). Return keys.
High season June/July/August and Christmas holidays. 5 nights minimum on a week common in this period. Consult us for high season rates.
