Guests have private access to a deck with outdoor seating, BBQ, and a fire pit. parking is right outside the tiny home for easy unloading/loading for a stress free arrival / departure.



Apple Valley is a small quiet community with no light pollution guests can enjoy and endless night sky filled with stars



While most guests come to visit Zion National park we encourage guests to find their way to the many other attractions like the grand canyon north rim , Bryce canyon, coral pink sand dunes, Pipe springs monument, sand hollow state park, snow canyon state park, Gooseberry mesa, and much more all these locations are within a 2 hour drive from our resort with activities like sand dune racing/play, kayaking, hiking, biking, swimming, boat rentals, and so much more! a must see before you leave is a locals favorite Water Canyon is free to hike has a waterfall at the end of a 3mile hike beginner friendly located 20 min from the property!



Car is best guests can also bring bikes to take advantage of the surrounding areas Goosberry Mesa world class biking only 6 min from the property
