We’d love to host you! Whether you`re looking for a quiet escape, a family-friendly stay, or a longer visit with all the comforts of home—this space offers just the right blend of style, function, and serenity.
You have use of the entire house and grounds. Only the carport storage room is locked as that is the owners space.
Once booking is complete we will provide you with a phone/text access so you can reach us with any questions about the house or area needs.
Quiet and small residential neighborhood with lots of mature trees. Close to shopping, restaurants, and local flavor. Close to Wade Hampton Blvd which brings you downtown in 13 minutes.
Ample parking at the home site with a driveway & carport. We have an extra parking pad next to the carport as well. If you have your own car or rent one its easy to get around town or Uber and Lyft will pick you up. Easy access to everything.
All rules of this agreement are not suggestions, they are required for any guest staying on the property, and failure to adhere to them can lead to fines and/or eviction from the property without refund depending on the severity of the infringement. There will only be one warning before fines or eviction from the property.

Should you have any questions during your stay please contact myself and my property management team directly through the app so that it will be linked to your booking and details for our records. Should there be a more urgent need or emergency, please contact us by phone, text, or via your rental app.
PROPERTY ISSUES
Please contact us immediately if there are any issues during your stay. We will deal with any issues in a timely and professional manner. Please note that we cannot address issues to your satisfaction if we are notified after your stay. We can’t fix what we don’t know about.
HOUSE OPERATION
This is a lodging-only property. No parties are allowed in the house except if approved by the owner prior to your arrival.
TRASH: Trash pickup is every Tuesday. All trash must be bagged and placed in the correct bin. Please bring the cans to the edge of the road for pickup.
QUIET HOURS: Please respect the quiet hours of the neighborhood between 10pm to 8am. Our neighbors help make our place safe and homey, please return the favor. The houses in our neighborhood are all private property.
NO PET POLICY
Pets are not allowed at this property. If any pet damage or excess cleaning is observed then we fill charge a fine and you could risk getting permanently removed from your rental app service fee.
EARLY CHECK-IN/LATE CHECK-OUTS
Please observe the designated check-in and check-out times. We cannot accommodate early check-ins or late checkouts due to cleanings and scheduling, unless approved by the owner at least 24 hours prior to your arrival or departure date. A fee will be incurred if the Airbnb is not vacated by check-out time.
CHECK-OUT INSTRUCTIONS
We would appreciate it if you please help pick up the home after your stay. No checkout instructions are required as it is your vacation after all and we want you to enjoy your time and relax with us. If you do so kindly wish to help at check the following items would be very much appreciated:
--start cycle of any dirty dishes in the dishwasher
--place bag trash and place in outside trash bins
--place each bed set of used sheets, pillowcases, comforters, and blankets at the end of the bed for us to bag for professional laundry service (please do not take off the pillow protectors or mattress protectors)
