The space includes a bedroom with 3 single beds, plus a combined living, dining, and kitchen area equipped with standard cookware, a Brita pitcher, and a Keurig-style coffee machine. The bathroom is stocked with fresh towels, a hairdryer, and a starter supply of soap, shampoo, and conditioner. We offer easy self-check-in, garage parking across the street for $25/day, and welcome bicycles at no extra charge. Pets are also welcome for $25 per pet. A $85 deposit is required at check-in and will be refunded at check-out after confirming everything is in good condition. House Rules: Parties and smoking are strictly prohibited, with a $300 fee for violations.
Both the main access to the building and private rooms work with the access codes that guests receive at the time of check-in. This is a private space. You have the entire apartment to yourself.
