The Building
Sits inside a 33-story tower in the Rainey Street District, designed around amenities that make a stay genuinely easier—all available to guests. The headliner is up top: a 33rd-floor rooftop pool with some of the best skyline views in Austin, the highest pool on Rainey Street and the first thing most guests mention (claim a lounger early on warm afternoons—it fills up fast). Closer to the ground there's a clean, well-stocked fitness center, a yoga room, private Peloton studios, a co-working lounge for work-trip mornings, and a lobby coffee bar that regulars miss the moment they head home. A 24-hour front desk keeps the whole building running like a hotel, and there's an on-site dog park for longer stays with a four-legged companion.
