This gated resort is packed with indoor & outdoor amenities, including pool & spa. Enjoy strolls along the meandering, tree-shaded walkways throughout the property & down to the lake.
Location
The Hill Country Paradise Resort is just over an hour’s drive from Austin and about two hours’ drive from San Antonio. A part of the Lone Star State’s famous Hill County region, Paradise Resort is situated on the shores of gorgeous Lake Buchanan, one of the six lakes in the Texas Highland Lakes area. If you’re lucky, you might spy a bald eagle soaring across the water, as several pairs have been known to nest nearby.
The Property
Three gorgeous acres, replete with patios, paved paths, soaring trees, manicured lawns and lush landscaping are yours to enjoy at Paradise Resort. Two separate homes and allow friends and family plenty of room to spread out. Make a wish to return next year by tossing a coin over your shoulder into the sparkling fountains!

Our property is located at 315 Ellison, Buchanan Dam, TX, nestled in the heart of the beautiful Texas Hill Country.
The property is private and gated. Guests will receive the gate access code upon booking.
Once inside, you’ll have full access to the entire property and its extensive amenities, offering everything you need for your stay.
$20 per person per day access fee if more than 25 guests to cover liabilities.
- No DJ or loud speakers allowed
- No fireworks allowed anywhere on the property.
- Maximum 3 pets
- Swimming pool and Spa hours 7:00 AM to 11:00 PM Pool Heating – Propane Fee and Requirements
- Pool heating is available upon request for an additional propane fee of $850, which covers up to three (3) consecutive nights.
Guests must provide a minimum of forty-eight (48) hours’ advance notice prior to check-in to request pool heating so the system can be activated and the pool temperature maintained. When properly requested and paid for, the pool heater will be set to maintain a temperature of approximately 85°F on the check-in day.
