We are a high-end VRBO and have high standards. We are looking for guest that are experienced and will respect our property. Please read below and the house manual to make sure we have the same expectations.
We recommend removing shoes when staying with us.

*Property includes the entire building and outdoor areas (front yard, back yard, balconies, rooftop decks etc.)
Any violations regarding the prohibited items above will result in the cancelation of your reservation and fines from $200 to $1,000 plus, depending on the violation and the extent of the violation. We understand that Washington D.C. is cannabis-friendly, however not on this property.
Guest are not permitted to climb on any of the railings on the back deck.
Fire extinguisher is located under the kitchen sink.
Access Notes:
There are two stairs to enter the common area entrance. The entrance to Unit #1 is immediately to the right upon entering the building. Inside Unit #1 there are stairs to access the second bedroom and bathroom.

No on-site parking at the property.
In front of the building on Maryland Ave NE - Two Hour Parking from 7:00am - 8:30pm Monday - Friday and unlimited parking from 8:31pm - 6:59am Monday - Friday and unlimited parking Saturday and Sunday.
In front of the building on Maryland Ave NE - STREET CLEANING on Wednesday (Odd house number side) and Thursday (Event house number side) from March 1 thru October 31 from 9:30am to 11:30am NO PARKING DURING THAT TIME
Please read all POSTED signs and be aware of construction signs.
You can always double park to unload.

*None of the towels at the property including wash clothes, hand towels or full size towels are to be used to remove make-up. We have provided a couple individual make-up removal wipes. Make-up or other stains on wash clothes, hand towels, full size towels, pillow cases, sheets or blankets will incur a minimum $25 fee but could be higher if replacement is required.
As you enter into the common area hallway a beautiful mural completed by a local DC artist welcomes you. The Loft is a gorgeous, one-of-a-kind, 2 level, 2 bedroom/2 bath boutique condo that features a spacious floor plan, with unlimited natural light, offering an unparalleled design and flow that lends itself beautifully to everyday living and entertaining.
