Apartment has hardwood and granite floors, high ceiling, bright unit, facing Broadway.
It is located on the second floor of a walk up building.
LIVING ROOM features a large TV(Direct TV, HBO and Cinemax), DVD player, 2 pullout sofas, armchair, large table that seats 6.
MASTER BEDROOM equipped a queen size bed, night stand, dresser with a mirror , closet and a storage space.
SECOND BEDROOM equipped with two single beds, night stand, dresser with a mirror, closet, and a storage space.
Pullout beds are available upon request.

KITCHEN is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances: microwave, stove, toaster, as well as utensils, glasses, blender, plates, pots/pans and coffee maker. If there is anything in particular that you need, just ask I will try to provide it.
Payments are accepted via HomeAway. Full balance is due 30 days prior arrival. Reservation confirmed once deposit is received and rental agreement is signed.

We had a fabulous stay at this spacious, bright and clean apartment on a really cool, safe and lively street corner.With just 3 blocks to the N and W trains, we had great connections to everywhere we had to go each day. We also had restaurants, grocery stores and everything else you could think of just seconds away.There was great communication with the host and so many amenities in the bathrooms and kitchens left for us that it felt like home the minute we entered. We have never had so much space and comfort in all our years of visiting NYC, so we definitely hope to book this place in the future again. The ONLY thing that would make this apartment any better, would be if it was on the ground floor... but it was also good to have a few extra steps in after eating all the great food that was at your fingertips.

If you think you’re missing out not staying in Manhattan, you’d be very wrong! This is a warm, spacious apartment with an AMAZING location. There are a wide variety of amazing, unique restaurants within easy walking distance. There is also a very convenient and affordable 24 hr grocery right next door. If you do feel the need to go into the city, it’s about a 20 minute ride or so across the bridge, but to be honest the apartment neighborhood has a lot of character and things to explore, my friend and I found ourselves wanting to stay nearby very often and would walk to dinner at new places. Anna is a very attentive host and Olga was also extremely helpful! I would love to stay here again on my next New York trip, I absolutely started with the great decision of booking here.Thank you so much, Anna and Olga for a wonderful stay! Best wishes!

I had a long-term stay four weeks while my apartment was being renovated and Anna was a fantastic host - very communicative and accommodating. The apartment is in a great location, convenient to the subway and lots of good restaurants and entertainment activities. It's a short train ride, bike ride or walk into midtown Manhattan East too.

Excellent location: Apartment is located in Astoria, just 15 minutes from Manhattan and within 45 minutes of almost every touristic sight in NYC.
Excellent host: Communication with Anna was efficient and fast. No questions were left open, answers always arrived within minutes.
Excellent apartment: Quite large, clean apartment with Aircon. We especially liked the two bathrooms, making things easier when travelling in a group.
