This two story loft in the heart of Astoria, is a 4 minute walk to the N trains' Broadway stop, Across the street from the Grocery store and steps away from every convenience and cuisine imaginable. Work or tour the city during the day. Grab your essentials on the way home from the train, and relax at the Urban Treehouse. Or... plug in, (at one of the desks, or both...) and work until your finished. Then go out for the night. The building is positioned on the main street, which is good for a late night stumble home, However, the apartment faces the back (south), with a peekaboo view of both Long Island City, Manhattan, and the rooftops and trees of the neighborhood. Great location within walking distance of the train and numerous restaurants. Quiet neighborhood. 24/7 grocery store across the street. Secure apartment building with only a few units. Host Kevin is responsive and accommodating. Apartment well appointed. I would stay there again and recommend it to anyone who would like proximity to Manhattan, but would rather not stay there.
