Bordered by two branches of the Yerre River and surrounded by majestic century-old trees, this vast estate offers a peaceful setting, perfect for unwinding.
Only 20 km from Châteaudun, 40 km from Vendôme, 45 km from Nogent-le-Rotrou, and 60 km from Chartres, this mill enjoys an ideal central location for exploring the region. Heritage lovers can stroll through the medieval streets of Châteaudun, visit the Château de Nogent-le-Rotrou, or discover Chartres Cathedral. For the more active, the surrounding countryside is ideal for walking, cycling, or canoeing on the Yerre River.

On the ground floor: a fully equipped open-plan kitchen opens onto a vast, welcoming dining room, ideal for shared meals. The cathedral-style living room, bathed in light, is a true living space, ideal for relaxation and gatherings.
On the first floor: a fun mezzanine offers a foosball table and a retro arcade machine, to the delight of young and old alike. Two bedrooms, a bathroom, a shower room, and two separate toilets.
On the second floor: Five bedrooms, a shower room, and a separate toilet.
