Great stay,

Great house, the best spot if you want to be far from the city but not far away from grocery stores. Very calm and charming, the check-in and check out is very quick and efficient. Plenty of parking. The BBQ facility is amazing, we were able to have amazing meals with our friends and spend an amazing time with them. Pool table, ping pong table, Pétanque field we had the greatest time. Amazing memories we will definitely book again.

Few door handles were broken The garden was not well maintained ( it's a huge domain so it's understandable) The fridges are a bit rusty ( one of them took a bit too long to get to low temperature) The water faucet in the BBQ facility was leaking The pétanque field needs some freshening up as well It needs some maintenance but is altogether a very good spot 😊

Magnifique week-end passé dans cette belle maison pour un anniversaire La maison est fonctionnelle, de nombreuses chamb

Sa localisation proche de Paris 1h150, son calme, la grandeur du jardin, les 3 chambres avec leurs propres SDB (dont un studio attenant), l’espace à l’étage avec les 4 douches communes, le double salon qui sépare le coin chambre du salon principal, la cuisine très fonctionnelle et équipée, ouverte sur le salon. Également le billard, les tables de pingpong. Très bien équipée et chaleureuse ! Idéale pour fêter un anniversaire avec une vingtaine de personnes entre amis et famille.

La proximité avec le voisinage ce qui limite le bruit passée une certaine heure

WE entre amis agréable dans l’ensemble

Les différents espaces communs sont agréables, le nombre de douches et WC est très appréciable pour des groupes. Les lits sont également très confortables! Les échanges avec l’hôte ont été réactifs et cordiaux. Merci de nous avoir permis de retourner a la maison le lendemain pour récupérer des affaires oubliées!!

La grande proximité avec les voisins nous obligeants a se faire discret, pas toujours facile a 17 personnes !! Le robinet de l’evier etait mal fixé et un manque de casseroles pour grand groupe!

Super maison pour grand groupe

Nous avons passé un super week-end entre amis à la Kasa des Bois. La maison est idéal pour accueillir un grand groupe (20-23 personnes) avec de nombreuses chambres, salles d’eau, deux grands salons, une très belle terrasse et un super espace extérieur. Cloé nous a aidé a parfaitement organisé notre séjour en amont. La remise des clés en autonomie s’est très bien déroulé. Nous y reviendrons avec grand plaisir.

Séjour extrêmement agréable pour un grand groupe d’amis !

L’établissement est chaleureux et paisible. L’extérieur (barbecue, grand terrain, verdure) lorsqu’il fait beau est un énorme point positif. La disposition des chambres créent un côté colonie de vacances sans qu’on se marche dessus. Il y a suffisamment de douche pour tout le monde. Et les 2 salons permettent 2 ambiances si besoin ! Le top. Environnement tres agréable pour un long week-end en dehors de paris ! En dehors de ça, boulangerie, pizzeria, gare et super marché accessible à 10min en voiture. Les propriétaires sont très gentils et très réactives, de même pour la personne sur les lieux !

Faire attention à changer certaines choses cassées mais pas du tout problématique pour le séjour !
