Linens and towels included (1 bath towel per guest).
Spa heats with the pool (not a standalone hot tub).
Pool service weekly (usually Wednesdays).
Please note that certain items or services (such as BBQ grill, pool heating, or equipment rentals) are optional and subject to availability.

Pets are welcome with prior approval.
• Pet fee: $95 per pet (non-refundable).
• Maximum of 3 pets per reservation (35 lbs each maximum).

• Additional cleaning or damage charges may apply if necessary.
• Any unreported or unauthorized pets will be subject to additional fees, including a $250 unauthorized pet fee.
