    Traveled as a family with kids and we definitely enjoyed our stay! Very close to all nearby places. An 8-10 minute walk to the metro and just a few stops away from East Nanjing. During our stay, it was quite rainy but despite that, the kids didn't get bored as there's an xbox in the room for them to keep themselves busy. The staff are very friendly and will assist you with your needs. In China, it is common for the exterior of buildings to look old but once you enter the room, as if you are in a different dimension. The room is very clean, modern and like what other reviewers said, they got the largest television (TV) in the world! :) We will definitely stay here again! Highly recommended!!

    Location is very good, walking distance to Bund, 10 min walk to Tiatong Rd metro station. Staff is supportive, we could select between 2 rooms. However, the room doesn't match the picture. No shelves, or cabinets. There is no basic stuff like tea, cutlery, glasses, just one roll of toilet paper. Probably, you could get it from the manager, for us it was easier to get it from the nearest shop. You shall note that this is just a room in a rather tired apartment and office block. The main channel of communication is WeChat.
