    The location is great. It is close to the underground and it takes about 10 min to the national rail. It is at the paddington basin and there are lots of restaurants along the basin and the view is good. The family room is larger than I expected that I can open two large suitcases together.

    Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this hotel due to severe noise issues. From midnight onwards, there were consistent loud banging sounds that severely disrupted my sleep. The main issue occurred between 1 AM and 5 AM. I clearly heard noises resembling heavy luggage being dragged. Oddly, this sound came directly from the ceiling above my room, rather than the hallway. Additionally, there were unexplained water pipe noises throughout the night. It was impossible to get any proper rest. If you are a light sleeper or need a good night's sleep, I would suggest looking for other accommodation options until the hotel fixes its acoustic insulation.
