About this house rental

Cozy fully renovated and landscaped 2-bedroom house with one bathroom, living room/dining room, kitchen and an office space. The house comes fully furnished and equipped and includes laundry facility (washer and dryer) in the basement. The monthly rent includes utilities. Tennant responsible for their own WIFI, and cable. Small pets are welcomed. On site parking for one car (private driveway). Street parking allowed. This is the perfect furnished home for visiting academics, graduate students, a young couple, or a small family.
The detached garage no longer has street access, and is now a garden/workshop studio, with a beautiful perennial garden, and deck for the summer days. Yard backs on to a beautiful old park. 5-6 minutes from Mohawk College (Fennell Campus), St. Joseph Healthcare (West 5th) and the Juravinski Hospital and Cancer Centre (on Concession Street).
