This 4-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom home sleeps up to 10 guests and blends classic mountain charm with mountain-modern updates. Surrounded by forest and sweeping mountain views, the home sits directly on Frisco’s recreation path and just steps from local hiking trails, offering a tranquil escape that’s also a short walk or quick drive from downtown. It’s a rare backwoods find that delivers both serenity and convenience.
Step into the main living area, where soaring vaulted ceilings, floor-to-ceiling windows, and a beautiful wood-burning fireplace create a warm, inviting space. Gather on the comfortable seating for movie nights on the large Smart TV or simply soak in the natural light and wooded views. Just outside, the rear patio has been thoughtfully transformed into an outdoor oasis with a hot tub, multiple lounging and dining areas, and a gas grill.
The spacious kitchen makes it easy to prepare everything from quick snacks to full family dinners, featuring a gas range and ample counter space. A dedicated dining room with large windows offers a welcoming place to gather over meals, while the second living area provides another spot to relax with comfortable seating, Smart TV, gas fireplace, and board games. Upstairs, a loft with a workstation and in-home laundry add extra convenience.

This was our first visit to Colorado and we could not have asked for a better home to stay in. The outside landscaping and amenities were perfect and the view up the mountain was beautiful. The inside of the home offered so much room. We loved how each bedroom had its own balcony. Plus every bedroom was connected to a bathroom. The home was gorgeous and allowed us to spread out when tired from a day of sightseeing, but also offered large gathering areas when we wanted to sit back and play a game or watch a movie. The fire pit was the perfect spot for us to sit as a family and make smores. One thing that definitely set this house apart from all the other homes we have stayed in was the abundance of towels, washcloths, blankets, pillows, etc. Not to mention they did not skimp on toiletries, cleaning supplies and paper products. This house has raised the bar for us for sure. Our family of 7 definitely plan on coming back.

The house is beautiful and has amazing decks, views, and living spaces. The management company is somewhat responsive although didn’t respond at all one when asked about adding a day to our stay.

This home is a PHENOMENAL rental! We had 9 people and it was SOO spacious - every room is large and very accommodating! There's a loft with a desk and all the rooms had space for extra furniture while still maintaining lots of floor space. The hot tub was always ready and warm! 2 very large living areas and separate TVs, games, videos, sleds (we used them down the snow packed driveway. Fun! The kitchen was well-equipped including lots of seasonings, spices and cooking accoutrements so we didn't have to buy more! Check out was super easy. And the location was close to everything in Frisco and Copper Mountain!
