This condo is perfect for a family. Family room down stairs with a bedroom for ALL of the kids along with a parent bedroom. Main floor has two more large bedrooms with private bathrooms. The main floor is adorned with a fireplace and a view of forested hill side. All of this is just a couple of blocks walk to the village of Frisco. Loved our stay. Thank you!

Property was as advertised, well equipped and clean. Owner responded immediately to a couple of questions I had after checking in. I would definitely return to this property. The location was perfect for our stay and had a wonderful time dinning and touring the local slight shops. Everyone were very friendly and helpful

We had a great stay. The house was clean and cute. We really enjoyed having multiple bathrooms & 2 living rooms to spread out a bit (2 families with 3 kids). Super conveniently located: quick jump to highway, groceries & restaurants 5min away; and main street Frisco down the block. Would stay here again!

This was a perfect condo for our guys ski trip. There were 5 of us and roomy enough for all. The pool table was fun also, great entertainment after a day of skiing.

We had such a pleasant stay at this property! To start off, the location was prime. Located in a cute small town just 12 mins away from Copper Mtn. It made our boarding trips a breeze. The house itself was clean, had all the essentials, and was more than we could ask for. Definitely would recommend this stay to anyone visiting Colorado.

We cooked all our meals, and the kitchen was well stocked with quality pots and pans and everything we needed. We loved how much room we had with 8 adults. The pool table was a huge hit. Thank you for making it so easy to check in and out.

The location was perfect. The rooms were exactly what my family needed. The kitchen was well stocked and the huge downstairs sofa was wonderful. The pool table was an added bonus!

Condo was clean. Furniture is comfortable. So are beds. Great location, central to many ski areas. Our group of 4 adults and 3 children found it to be a very comfortable and enjoyable stay. Pool table and darts are fun. Would definitely stay here again.

Worked out great for father son skiing trip to Vail.

Place was fun and perfect for a Christmas vacation. Only issue we had was heater in one room was mot working and hot water was low. Owner promptly responded and fixed water issue. The place was nice and clean. I would consider booking again.

We enjoyed our stay. It was nice to have the basement with the pool table for entertainment and we enjoyed the large table off the kitchen for playing games at night. We did not ever cook, but it seemed like it was set up well for that.

The condo was exactly as pictured and described and was perfect for our family vacation with 5 adults and 3 kids. The condo is in walking distance to restaurants, shops and the marina in Frisco.

We booked this condo months in advance and the owner was very helpful as COVID restrictions were still intense. He was very helpful. We received numerous automated emails giving us plenty of information about procedures for check-in and check-out. All of this was great. When we arrived, the "approximate" location on the map was off by about 1/2 mile. In Frisco, that's not a big deal, but if you are trying to get something within walking distance of other family, as we were, it was an inconvenience. Afrer arriving, that's when we started having problems. Several rooms had burned out light bulbs, none of the rooms had screens on the windows (which made leaving them open somewhat risky), the cooking utensils were not clean, the dishwasher rack was off it's rails, one leg on the sofa was broken, and the unit had one humidifier four four bedrooms, which is a big problem in 20% humidity. Then we discovered the oven did not work correctly. We tried for two days to get in contact with PMI management company, but with no luck. When they finally sent someone out to look at the oven, the guy was clueless about gas ovens, and he didn't even attempt to look at anything else. When I finally spoke with one of the owners about the oven, she did seem genuinely sorry, but still nothing got done. I think about 100% of the blame for this mediocre review falls on the management company, but renters need to know what to expect. To end on a good note, the location is very convenient to downtown, the pool table was fun, the accommodations were more than adequate, and the two living areas , since there were 11 of us, was great. So, I would give the owners four stars and the management company one star, but that isn't an option.

The location was walking distance or a short drive to all the activities we had planned The condo was very clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed and more. This was the perfect place for our extended family vacation. The condo was nicely furnished and we had everything we needed, and more. We cooked most meals and had everything we needed in the kitchen. It is an easy walk to Main Street; just a couple of blocks away and no noise or traffic from Main St. Everything was as advertised so we didn't have any surprises. Check in and check out was very easy. The only negative was that the sheets and towels were scratchy, not soft at all.

This is our favorite property in Frisco.

Great location, nice unit, quiet and short walk to town. Great for the younger members of our group who wanted to go for happy hour after skiing all day. We skied Arapahoe and Copper and easy access to both.

We had a wonderful time at this condo. The condo was clean, with comfortable beds, and spacious. We loved the two living areas so the kids could hang out in one area and the adults in another. It was well stocked with lots of amenities. We were to arrive during the big 2021 snow storm and were grateful to the owners for allowing us to shift our reservation back a day so that we could make it there safely and not lose a night of vacation. The owner even called me to check to see how our drive was going and update me on road conditions. I would definitely stay there again in the future. It's a great location if you want to ski at different resorts in the Summit area.

We liked the fireplace and the well appointed kitchen. We vacation on a budget and prefer cooking to eating out so this was nice. The beds were clean and comfortable. We did run out of hot water once, but, to be fair, all the showers were going at once. Thank you for helping make our vacation a good one. Leroy

Perfect property for our two families and kids. We were able to spread out and each have a floor. Clean and very nice!

This property was absolutely perfect for our family of eight! With six teenagers, we needed some place that had space for them to do their own thing yet we had plenty of opportunity to congregate as a family. The walk to Main Street distance was very short but yet we felt secluded and on the edge of the mountains in the property itself. Finishes and amenities in the space were top notch and definitely as good or better than advertised. The property owner was extremely helpful throughout the entire process and worked with us very closely during the COVID-19 crisis. I have nothing but fantastic things to say about the overall experience, the property, the amenities, and the ownership. We will be back for sure!
