    Good hotel but in room no window felt little suffocated

    The staff is extremely rude. The next day, when I continued my booking through the Agoda app, they denied my reservation and kept forcing me to make a cash payment or check out immediately. When I informed the receptionist about this, he rudely told me to go and complain wherever I want, saying, 'We don’t care, this is not how things work here.' I explained that I had made the payment online, to which he replied, 'That’s not our problem, 'That’s not our problem. Call customer care and get your money back from them.' Their behavior was highly unprofessional and disrespectful. I personally do not recommend staying at this place ever.
