    Great room quality for your money. Thr hotel is located right next to a local Buddhist temple and overlooking the freeway. Staff is helpful and the room is very clean.

    Its not bad but don't expect the condition to match. Don't know old hotel but it's just looks old. Location is away from most attractions and quiet so it may attract certain traveller. There were no issues but I think the common theme is that the pics don't match the current state of accomodations. While you can't expect much for 20 something, it's not particularly pleasant. More upkeep

    This is a lovely hotel. It's quiet, nearby most food location and it has a scenic view when you can't go out at night or morning to walk around. I also got it cheaper than its usual rate cause I book months advance so its quite a deal. Staff are also very helpful.

    Honestly for the price and being close to the Dragon Bridge it’s not that bad. If you’re okay with a cheap motel then it’s perfectly fine. However I won’t say it’s “luxury”. The nicest thing I saw is the lobby and elevator. (I didn’t visit the pool.) I booked the balcony and tub room for the purposes of using the tub daily. I only booked for two nights initially but I intended on adding more nights if things went well.. well they didn’t. I informed them of my late night 22:00-23:00 checking because my flight didn’t arrive to Da Nang until after 9pm. However the room I got was not as nice as the pictures. There was also hair on the bed, in the toilet, and the floors are soooo dirty that if you walk barefoot your feet will be black. I had a long tiring day so before unruly packing I turned on the tub. After several minutes I noticed it was leaking a lot from the pipe underneath. I called to the front desk. The maintenance guy came and said I cannot use it. That was upsetting because it was the sole purpose I booked this room style. I asked for a partial refund and new room. This was ***. I was told there were no more available rooms for tonight so I have to wait until tomorrow. The next afternoon I informed the new staff of the situation and was told I should have changed rooms earlier. I said no one said anything to me about a time?! Also was there a message about last night, to which she replied yep??! So no one cared. Was told I have to change rooms immediately. She helped move my luggage and when I asked about her if the new/better room was available last night she said yes.. ***. I asked to be sure that the tub isn’t leaking she no it’s only ***. I asked for a partial refund because why give someone a room with known issues. She contacted the manager and said she couldn’t give a refund on her own. She’d let me know. No one else contacted me. This tub also leaked but not as bad. Clearly it’s an issue they don’t care to address so neither did I. I spent that afternoon finding a new hotel for the next 3 nights! The best decision I made this trip! So I’d say stay here at your own risk. They don’t care.
